Karyna Shuliak

Shuliak had joint Deutsche Bank account with Epstein (routing 021001033, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST CO AMERICAS). In June 2017, wired 16000 USD from Chase to the DB account for approx 8 months of rent and telephone. Bella Klein managed the account. Richard Kahn at HBRK Associates processed wire transfers on Epstein instruction, including 10k to Shuliak mother in Jan 2013. In Oct 2013, Bella Klein asked Epstein: Please advise if I should reimburse 20k to Karyna. Also processed wires through LSJE LLC/Haze Trust for furniture purchases (15300 USD Heshan Ruihui Furniture April 2018).

Epstein 1953 Trust (signed Aug 8, 2019 - 2 days before death) named Shuliak as primary beneficiary of approximately 100M USD plus 32.73-carat diamond ring in contemplation of marriage. Properties bequeathed include Zorro Ranch NM, Little St James and Great St James islands, Paris apartment near Arc de Triomphe, Palm Beach property, and Manhattan townhouse. Estate valued at 450M at death, reduced to approximately 120M after fees, taxes, and 121M victim compensation fund. Shuliak received the last external phone call Epstein made while incarcerated.

Shuliak was Epstein's last girlfriend from at least 2011 to his death in 2019. Referred to as Bossman and Karyna in USVI property shopping lists (Nov 2017). Had joint Deutsche Bank account with Epstein. Furnished multiple cabanas on USVI property. Held Amex Centurion card under Epstein. Traveled extensively with Epstein including Japan (Tawaraya Hotel Sept-Oct 2016). Used both karynashuliak@icloud.com and kari.shulia@gmail.com emails.

Shuliak managed USVI property operations. In May 2019, she directed Merwin Dela Cruz to send defibrillators for maintenance and tracked shipping confirmations. In Nov 2017, Ann Rodriguez sent her and Bossman a comprehensive shopping list for furnishing 4+ cabanas and pool areas on the island. She coordinated with contractors including floor repairs (Floor in 3M, June 2018), pool tiles, and furniture orders from Bali (Benedictus, June 2018). Also directed property manager Leo and Anthony Barrett.

Cecile de Jongh (wife of USVI Governor John de Jongh) personally intervened for Shuliaks USVI medical license. In Nov 2015, de Jongh emailed Deborah Richardson-Peter (Director, Professional Licensure and Health Planning, USVI DOH) asking about Dr. Shuliak application status. De Jongh then forwarded the update to J E (Epstein). This shows the USVI governors wife acting as a personal intermediary for Epsteins girlfriend's professional licensing.

Shuliak submitted birth certificate for USVI professional licensing (Aug 2015). Was referred to as Dr. Shuliak and Dr. Karyna Shuliak in official correspondence. Had US passport photos taken Apr 2019 (sent to Jeffrey and Yulia). Maintained floor plan for a dedicated apartment furnished by Artefacto (Brazilian luxury furniture, Sept 2014). LMSBAND shows Deutsche Bank due diligence/KYC was performed on Shuliak (PWM BIS-RESEARCH). Also appears as SHULYAK/SHULIAK/SHULAK in DB AML records alongside associate DZIANIS SHULIAK (age 39, person associate of EPSTEIN JEFFREY E at 9 E 71st).
