Deutsche Bank due diligence records show property transaction records listing both 'JOHNSON, ELIZABETH ROSS' and 'EPSTEIN, JEFFREY E' at the same address: 457 Madison Ave, New York NY 10022-6843. The trust address was 1 Central Park West, NYC 10023. ACRIS records show the trust executed at least 13 NYC property transactions between 2004-2013.
